Welcome
I am so glad you’re here.
Between the Trees offers spiritual direction — a spacious companionship for the wandering path. This is a gentle place to pause, listen, and notice where Love might be moving in your life. I especially companion those who are neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or finding their way through a faith shift — including those who are deconstructing, reconstructing, or simply unsure where they stand, but all are welcome.
This is a space where you can bring your full self — your questions, your grief, your longings, your joy.
My approach is trauma-informed, queer-affirming, and rooted in contemplative practice. I believe spiritual direction is not about fixing or advising, but about deep listening — together noticing where God, or Love, or the Sacred, might be moving in your life.
You’re invited to show up just as you are. Messy, hopeful, tired, curious — all of you belongs.
Between the Trees
A spacious companionship for the wandering path.
You’re invited to come just as you are—no need to have answers or a clear direction.
This is a gentle space for those navigating faith shifts, spiritual questions, or the experience of being neurodivergent. Here, you can bring your whole self—unmasked, uncertain, and held with care.
I offer spiritual direction as a practice of presence—not to guide or fix, but to walk alongside you, listening deeply to whatever is alive within.
Between the Trees is a trauma-informed, queer-affirming, and neurodivergent-friendly space. Whether you carry doubt, hope, grief, or longing, there’s room here to rest, to wonder, and to bring the whole of your life—because all of it is sacred and welcome.
🌾 Is This For Me?
Between the Trees is a space of gentle presence and spiritual companionship for those who are:
- navigating a shift in faith, questioning long-held beliefs, or feeling spiritually unmoored
- neurodivergent, masked or unmasked, longing to show up just as you are
- carrying spiritual trauma, disillusionment, or exhaustion from religious systems
- caring for others – as a parent, carer, or companion to those with higher support needs – and longing for a place where your own soul can rest
- craving stillness, silence, or slow exploration without pressure or performance
- wanting to reconnect with the Sacred through embodiment, rest, and honest presence
- looking for a space where the whole of life — grief, wonder, doubt, joy — is welcome
This is a trauma-informed and neurodivergent-friendly space. You don’t need to be articulate or “together.” You don’t need to explain your masking, stimming, or sensory needs. You can bring your camera on or off, show up from bed, or sit in silence for most of the hour. You are enough.
Our time together may include silence, gentle grounding practices, breath work or body check-ins, or the spacious offering of a poem as a way into the sacred. All of it is optional and co-created at a pace that honors your nervous system and your spirit.
Who This Might Not Be For
Spiritual direction with me might not be the right fit if you are:
- looking for theological answers, instruction, or coaching
- uncomfortable with silence, questions, or a slower pace
- in crisis or in need of mental health support beyond spiritual companionship
- seeking a structured or directive model of guidance
If you’re unsure, feel free to get in touch — I’d be glad to help you discern what kind of support might serve you best.
